No single indicator is sufficient. Signal fusion combines independent voters — each measuring a different aspect of market structure — into a unified conviction grade. The OMNI Council is the production implementation of this concept.

Independence matters. Nine voters covering trend, momentum, mean-reversion, volatility regime, sector rotation, cross-asset risk, news & flow, predictive flow, and horizon fit. Each is calibrated by rolling Brier score.
